This is very crucial and would depend on the home’s condition, which is another important factor that you have to know when selling. Is the property as clean as it possibly can be? Do you have fresh carpet, paint, flooring, and all the things that would make your home super appealing to a buyer? Are there any funny odors or anything that would turn a buyer off? By pricing your home correctly, you get to control the market.
